All our graphics cards and mainboards are pre-owned/tested and warranted, and have individually been quality checked and tested by an XFX Support technician. All items are backed by a 12 month warranty and full online customer support.

Payment & Security

Secure payment facilities are provided by World Pay / Pay Pal / Google Checkout. All payment information is handled by secure payment servers. Lookout for the padlock symbol on the bottom right of the screen. This means that the information you type in will be encoded using latest encryption methods preventing your details from unauthorised access.

XFX Shop does not store or have direct access to your payment details. Rest assured that paying for your products through this web site is as safe as going to a shop and buying it yourself, all from the comfort of your home.

Delivery

We have several delivery options in your region. You can choose your required delivery method at Checkout. Priority orders will be despatched same working day, if your order is received before 3pm.

Graded graphics cards are factory refurbished products or end of line products.

Are my payment details safe?

During and after the checkout process your payment details are encrypted, once you reach the screen where you enter your details you are on our a secure server, after your order is placed your credit card details are then encrypted again to prevent anyone accessing them. Even XFX staff do not have direct acces to your credit / debit card details.

How do I place an order?

  • From the xfx shop home page, select a category from the tabs at the top of the page
  • A live stock listing for your chosen category, for your region, will be listed
  • Click a product to view its details
  • Click the 'Buy' button to add it to your basket
  • Select your preferred delivery method and ensure the quantity is correct
  • At this point you will be asked to login or register as new customer (if not already logged in)
  • Complete the mandatory fields (marked *) and click Login or Register (which ever is appropriate)
  • Once logged in, you will be presented with the Checkout screen
  • Verify your order and delivery address.
  • At this point your order is placed. You can now proceed with payment now, or return to your account to pay later on.
  • NOTE: Your products are not reserved until payment is successfully received.

Can I view the progress of my order?

  • Login to your account
  • You will see your previous orders displayed and their status
  • Click the 'View' Button next to the relevant order
  • Clicking View will bring up the checkout screen and display the status of your order.
  • Your order status will change when Placed, Paid and Despatched.
  • If your order is awaiting payment, you can proceed with payment here on the checkout screen
  • If available, parcel tracking information will be displayed.

Order Status

Your order will progress through several statuses, letting you know how your order is progressing.

  • XFX-Shop will inform you by email as the status of your order changes.
  • Awaiting Payment - Your order has been placed, and requires payment to proceed. Note, your items are not reserved until payment has been received. You will be notified by email when your order is placed.
  • Paid Awaiting Despatch - You have successfully paid for your order and we are now processing it for despatch. You will be notified by email when payment is received and also once your order is despatched
  • Completed - Your order has been depatched and will be with you shortly.
  • Authorisation Failed - You attempted payment, but it was not successful
  • Cancelled - Your order was cancelled by either yourself or by XFX Shop customer services

Cancelling An Order

If you have placed an order and have not yet paid, you can cancel it by logging into your account and clicking the 'Delete' button. If your order is Paid, you may be too late. You should phone or email customer services.

I'm not happy with the goods I have received

We do our best at XFXShop to make our customers happy, however in the event you are unhappy with any aspect of the shop or your order, please contact customer services and we will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy

Our returns policy is to refund any items sent back within 7 days of you receiving your ordered items providing returns are in their original condition and packaging. You will be liable for shipping charges for the returned product.

Please note, a restocking fee of £10.00 may be charged. If your product is faulty, please Contact us for RMA authorisation. You can then return the faulty product. Subject to testing by our technicians, your product will be replaced, or refunded.

Registering a new customer account

Customers can register a new account by clicking 'LogIn | Register' at the top of any page on the xfxshop website. Complete the mandatory fields marked * and click 'Submit'.On successful registration, we will email your account details for reference. You will then be directed to your account page.

Logging In

Customers can log into their accounts at any time by clicking 'LogIn | Register' at the top of any page on the xfxshop website. On successful login, you will be presented with your account details.

Forgotten your password?

If you login with an incorrect password, there is a link to follow to get your password emailed to you. Or click Here to goto the Password Reminder page

Your password will be sent to the email address registered with your account. Alternatively, contact xfxshop customer services, if you experience problems. Once you receive your new password, you may change it from your account page.

Updating Account Details

Login to your account as described above. You will see previous quotes and orders in addition to your Preferences and Address Details. These can all be changed from the 'My Account' page with ease.
